On September 26th Cenith Developments Inc. opened a show suite at 315 Avenue N South.

The show suite is one of 12 family-oriented townhouses open for viewing.

Three of the units have been sold to Cress Housing, and another three to Quint Developments.

Six units remain available for the general public.
