In December 2009, the Infrastructure Services Department undertook the demolition of the house at 408 Avenue P South.
This site will become part of the enhanced development concept for Pleasant Hill Village. During 2010, the City will undertake the necessary steps to assemble the land for more park space and a new development site (Parcel F). The City hopes to have a Request for Proposals out for Parcel F in the summer of 2010.
