On October 29, 2009 Cenith Developments began the excavation of Parcel B located at 315 Avenue N South. Cenith plans to construct 12 townhouse style condominium units.
The townhouse units will be approximately 805ft2 plus a basement area. Each unit will sell for a total cost of $205,000. Each unit will be constructed using a prefabricated construction method and have both solar energy and solar thermal technologies.
The foundation is expected to be completed by November 22nd. it will be winterized until construction of the units start in February 2010. Completion of the units is expected by Summer 2010.
